Terms & Conditions:

1. The adopter agrees that the kitten will be raised in a safe, loving, and healthy environment.

2. The kitten must not be resold, rehomed, or surrendered to a shelter without first notifying the breeder.

3. If the adopter can no longer care for the kitten, Vitality Maine Coons must be contacted for rehoming assistance.

4. The adopter agrees to provide proper nutrition, veterinary care, and regular check-ups for the kitten.

5. The kitten will be delivered with a health guarantee and all necessary vaccinations up to the date of adoption.

6. The breeder reserves the right to refuse an adoption if we believe the home is not a suitable environment.
